Load management is the active <strong>control of electricity<\/strong> consumption (&#8220;<strong>demand side management<\/strong>&#8220;). As a result, it is equally an intentional management of electricity demand, often responding to financial capacity signals from the electricity supply side. Load management is an important component of the smart grid and is therefore in the context of power quality.
